Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer returns or exchanges within three (3) days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.1 It must also be free from any damage.
- Damage Exclusion: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to:
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please let us know which item you would like to exchange it for when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging a product unless the return is due to a defect on our part.
- Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
